1. Accepting These Terms

If you have any problems with any of these terms, stop using this site. These terms may be updated from time to time without notice, and by continuing to use travairfares after a change is made to these terms, you accept that change.

2. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree to use travairfares for legal reasons and in a manner that doesn't impede other visitors from using and enjoying its site. This includes no harassment, posting of obscene or offensive material, and no behavior that interferes with the normal use of the site. In addition, you may not:

• Book flights that are not genuine, are inaccurate, or are false.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated methods to extract data from our site.
• Enter an external link into the website and skip the steps required to enter the site.

3. How Flight Bookings Work

All flights booked via travairfares are subject to availability and acceptance by the airline. By booking you are making an offer to buy a ticket, the transaction is complete once payment is confirmed and a valid ticket number is given.

In the event that fraud is suspected, a pricing error or the flight is not available, a booking may be canceled at any time. If your cancellation is for any other reason except confirmed fraud, you will be refunded.

4. Fares and Payment

Fares quoted on our website are current when you view them. However, airline pricing changes frequently, and a price is not set until the moment you book a ticket travairfares cannot be held responsible if the price of the airline increases before that. All payments must be made at booking time and credit and debit cards are accepted at the checkout. You authorize us to charge the entire amount of your booking (base airfare, taxes, and any other fees).

5. Service Charges and Taxes

A non-refundable service charge shall be levied when the booking, change or cancellation of a flight is done through us. This charge is in addition to any airline charges. Government taxes and fees are incorporated in your total price at check-out, but new taxes are sometimes charged directly at the airport.

6. Cancelling a Booking or Requesting a Refund

Some airline fares are non-refundable and cannot be carried over and are not transferable to another person, so be sure to review the conditions of fare rules on your itinerary before you book. If you can cancel, then you will most likely face an airline penalty plus Travairfares' administrative fee.

Authorized refunds are returned to the form of payment you originally used to make your payment. The time needed will be governed by the airline's refund policy and your bank's processing time and may take one or two billing cycles.

7. Making Changes to Your Itinerary

The airline's individual policy shall control any change of passenger's name, travel date or route. Most budget airlines and basic economy fares are fare locked. If a change is available, you will have to pay any fare difference and any change penalty that the airline has.

8. Your Travel Documents

Travairfares is not responsible for any failure to board a flight, missed connections, or other problems caused by passports, visas, and/or other travel documents that are not in order or not valid.

9. No Guarantees on Accuracy

The content on this website (including pricing) may be incorrect and/or may change over time, and Travairfares cannot guarantee that all information on this website is complete. Travairfares does not accept liability if there are errors that impact a booking.

10. Limits on Our Liability

Travairfares shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages you suffer as a result of your use of this website, its failure to be accessible, or delays associated with using the booking services of Travairfares.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold travairfares, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA and you agree that all disputes arising from your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arizona.
